1. Service

ShotMe.ee lets users create AI-generated portraits from uploaded photos. The service is provided by LihtneAI OÜ.

2. User Responsibilities

You may upload only photos that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent. Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, harmful, or abusive purposes.

3. AI Results

AI-generated images may vary in quality and accuracy. We do not guarantee that every result will be suitable for every use case. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or using it.

4. Credits and Payments

Paid credits are used for generation features and are delivered to the email address used during purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you have a payment or credit issue, contact oleg@lihtneai.ee.

5. Refunds

If the service fails to deliver purchased credits or a technical issue prevents use of paid credits, contact us within 14 days. Refunds are reviewed case by case.

6. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
