1. Service

ShotMe.ee, operated by LihtneAI OÜ, creates AI-generated and restored images from photos supplied by the user.

2. Free Trial

The service may provide up to 10 free generations per person or device. Technical controls may use browser identifiers and network information to enforce this limit. Attempts to bypass usage, payment, or security controls are prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

You may upload only photos that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent. Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized impersonation purposes.

4. Account Security

Paid credits and private gallery access are protected by a secure device session or verified email login. Keep access to your device and email account secure. Contact support if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

5. AI Results

AI-generated images may vary in quality and accuracy. Identity preservation is requested from the AI provider but cannot be guaranteed for every image. Review results before publishing or relying on them.

6. Credits and Payments

Paid credits are used for generation features and are connected to the secured account used during purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts without support approval.

7. Refunds

If purchased credits are not delivered or a verified technical failure prevents their use, contact oleg@lihtneai.ee within 14 days. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable consumer law.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
